Here’s this weeks dinner ideas all from Trader Joe’s! This menu is a little bit of everything, pasta, chicken, ground beef! See what you already have at home then print out this grocery list and bring it to the store!

Produce

  • 4 flour tortillas (and more if using with cheesy beef and rice skillet)

  • 3 avocados

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes

  • 1 yellow or white onion

  • 6 roma tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 lemon

Meat

  • 2 pounds ground beef

  • 1 to 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 shawarma chicken thighs packet

Dairy

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, Monterey Jack, jack, cheddar blend)

  • 2 balls burrata (one container, 2 balls per container)

  • 1 3/4 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 4 ounces garlic dip

Frozen

  • 14 ounces fire-roasted bell peppers and onions

Refrigerated

  • 16 ounces ravioli (I used sweet corn burrata and basil ravioli)

  • 20 ounces tortellini

Pantry

  • 15–20 ounces enchilada sauce

  • 1 can black beans (15.5 ounces)

  • 1 can corn or use Trader Joe’s fire-roasted corn

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • garlic seasoning

  • basil seasoning

  • oregano seasoning
