It’s one of those freezer staples that comes in handy when you want something quick, easy, and still really good.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut in half lengthwise.

Massage the potatoes with avocado oil or olive oil and season with salt. Place the sweet potatoes on one half of a sheet pan, flat side down.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the sheet pan from the oven and add the shawarma chicken to the other half of the pan.

Return to the oven and bake for another 20–30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sweet potatoes are fork tender.

Serve with sliced avocado and garlic dip on the side
