This dinner idea is basically 2 ingredients plus whatever toppings you love. You might’ve noticed I’m obsessed with the shawarma chicken from Trader Joe’s lately because it makes weeknight dinners so much easier. It’s one of those freezer staples that comes in handy when you want something quick, easy, and still really good.
