    Grate or mince the garlic.

    Slice the white/light green part of the leek, then wash the slices in a bowl of water.

    In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and the ground beef.

    Break the beef apart and cook until mostly cooked through.

    Push the beef to the side and add the leek and garlic.

    Add the orzo and beef broth. Mix to combine.

    Stir, then cover with a lid. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.

    Add the parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Stir to combine.

    Add salt to taste.
