Peanut Butter Satay Turkey Bowls

Cook the basmati rice according to the package instructions.

While the rice cooks, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the ground turkey and cook for about 1 minute. Add 2 tbsp soyaki sauce, 2 tbsp peanut butter satay sauce, and the white parts of the green onions.

Break up the turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked through.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp soyaki sauce and 1 tbsp peanut butter satay sauce. Stir to combine.

Add most of the green parts of the onions and stir everything together.

Serve over the cooked rice and top with additional green onions and peanut butter satay sauce if desired.
