In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bell pepper, chicken thighs, and 7 oz of the green goddess dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Remove the pan from the oven, add the bacon slices on top, and bake for another 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through, the potatoes are tender, and the bacon is crispy.
