I feel like it’s a stretch calling this a recipe?! But it’s a great weeknight dinner that comes together with almost no prep!!

    Cook rice according to package directions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F

    On large sheet pans, add the shawarma chicken and cooked rice.

  4. 4

    Drizzle rice with olive oil and toss lightly to coat everything evenly.

    Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked through (165°F), and the rice for 30-50 minutes until lightly crisped around the edges. Stir rice halfway through. Timing will depend on the size of your sheet pan and how thick the layer is. The thicker the layer the longer it’ll take.

    Remove the sheet pans from the oven, slice or chop the chicken, and serve warm with sliced cucumbers, crumbled feta and Green Goddess Dressing.
