This breakfast is so good. I can’t believe it’s only three ingredients. There’s just something about the sweet tomatoes, the salty feta and the savory eggs just makes for the perfect breakfast.

    Add cherry tomatoes to an oven save tray, along with feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, and bake in the oven at 400F for 20 - 25 minutes.

    Remove from oven, crack eggs over tomatoes, and bakes until egg whites are set, ~6-10 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolks.

    Remove from oven and stir to combine everything. Serve with bread or lavash šŸ«“
