Made a simple and comforting vodka soup using @bertolli_us Vodka Sauce, and it came together so easily! The sausage, pasta, and cheese turn into such a cozy bowl, and the sauce adds all the flavor without much effort. A great weeknight option when you want something warm and satisfying!

    Add the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened. Season with the salt.

    Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

    Stir in the vodka sauce and chicken broth. Increase the heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
