Ranch Bacon Sheet Pan

A simple sheet pan meal is one of my absolute favorite meals, especially when it’s topped with bacon and it tastes like ranch! This one is for sure a keeper!
A simple sheet pan meal is one of my absolute favorite meals, especially when it’s topped with bacon and it tastes like ranch! This one is for sure a keeper!
Ingredients

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut the potatoes into smaller, bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes and chicken thighs. Drizzle with olive oil and add ranch seasoning. Mix until everything is well coated.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and the chicken is mostly cooked through.

Remove from the oven. Placethe bacon over the potatoes and chicken, then spoon the garlic feta dip over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and everything is fully cooked.
