Ingredients

Instructions
- 1
In a small heatproof bowl (stainless steel or ceramic), combine garlic, parmesan, parsley, dried herbs, red pepper flakes.
- 2
In a small saucepan, gently heat the olive oil over medium heat until it’s hot and shimmering, about 1–2 minutes. It shouldn’t smoke.
- 3
Carefully pour the hot olive oil over the herb mixture.
- 4
Stir it together and let it sit for a minute to let the flavors infuse.
- 5
Serve warm with crusty bread for dipping.
- 6
If bringing this to a party, you can mix the dry ingredients a head of time, and heat up the olive oil on the stove or microwave (30-45 seconds max in two intervals).
