Shawarma Sheet Pan
Ingredients
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Shawarma Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup uncooked rice (yields about 3 cups cooked)
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 Trader Joe’s Classic Greek Salad
- 1/2 bottle Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Dressing
Instructions
1. Cook 1 cup of uncooked rice according to package directions (this makes about 3 cups cooked).
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. On a large sheet pan, add the shawarma chicken and cooked rice.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and toss lightly to coat everything evenly.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through (165°F) and the rice is lightly crisped around the edges.
6. While the pan bakes, toss together the Classic Greek Salad and drizzle with half of the Green Goddess Dressing.
7. Remove the sheet pan from the oven, slice or chop the chicken, and serve warm with the salad and extra Green Goddess Dressing.
