Add the chicken thighs and cook until lightly browned on each side.

Pour in the salsa verde and about ½ cup of water.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.

While the chicken cooks, prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.

Once the chicken is done, use two forks to shred it in the skillet and mix with the sauce.

Serve the shredded chicken over the couscous.
