On a large baking sheet, spread the tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.

Bake for 35โ45 minutes. Transfer the roasted vegetables to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
