    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Cut each lemon into 8 pieces. Halve the potatoes.

    Add the lemons, potatoes, chicken thighs, and green beans to a large sheet pan.

    Season generously with salt and drizzle generously with olive oil. Use your hands to toss and combine everything evenly on the pan.

    Bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

    Broil on high for the last 2–3 minutes if desired for extra browning.

    Remove from the oven, top with tzatziki, and serve with more tzatziki on the side.
