    Add some olive oil to a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and ground beef. Break apart the ground beef and let it brown while the onion sautés.

    After a few minutes, add the Italian seasoning and salt. Stir to combine everything.

    Once the beef is fully browned, add the vodka sauce and beef bone broth or beef broth. Stir to combine and continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.

    Dollop in half of the ricotta cheese and stir until fully melted into the sauce.

    Break each lasagna plate into 2 longer pieces and place them into the sauce. Use a spatula to gently press them down into the liquid.

    Lower the heat to low-medium and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes.

    Dollop the remaining ricotta cheese on top. Place the lid back on and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted.
