Bacon and Chicken Spinach Skillet

   1. Cook chopped bacon and diced onion in a large pan until bacon crispy and onion is soft.

   2. Add chicken broth and let it simmer.

   3. Stir in heavy cream and a few spoonfuls of cream cheese until smooth.

   4. Add shredded chicken and spinach, let spinach wilt.

   5. Serve over basmati rice
