Slice the rolls in half and place the bottom half on a greased sheet pan.

Top with half the bottle of vodka sauce and the shredded mozzarella.

Add the pancetta, which you’ve lightly fried in a pan.

Add a little more sauce, then place the top layer of rolls back on.

Brush the tops with the melted garlic herb Parmesan butter.

Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
