Add all ingredients to an oven safe baking pan. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 400F until the majority of the liquid has been absorbed. Remove from oven and mix and serve with some Parmesan cheese 🧀
Notes & Tips
If you feel that the dish is too watery but tortellini and cheese is starting to burn, cover with foil and cook for a bit longer. Remember that the pasta will continue to soak up the sauce as it cools down
