    Bring a pot of water to a boil.

    Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let sit for 3 minutes.

    Peel the eggs under running water and add to a bowl.

    Add the red onion, celery, salt, sour cream, tuna, lemon juice to the bowl.

    Mix until fully combined and creamy.
