Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the bell peppers and onions. Sauté for a couple of minutes until they start to soften.

Add the rice and stir to coat in the oil and flavor.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well,then cover with a lid. Cook until the rice is tender and the liquid has absorbed.
