Cook rice according to package instructions. Keep warm once done. Add the citrusy seasoning blend to the rice and mix to combine.

Pat chicken thighs dry and season all over with the garlic powder seasoning, and salt.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and brown on each side for a couple of minutes, until cooked through.
