    Cut leeks into bite-sized pieces, then soak in a bowl of water and swish to remove any dirt. Drain well.

    Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    Add ground beef and cleaned leeks.

    Cook, stirring and breaking up the beef, until fully browned.

    Add soyaki sauce and stir to combine.

    Add noodles and toss with the beef mixture.

    Cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, until noodles are softened.

    Remove lid, stir, and cover again for another minute if needed.
