5 Whole Food dinners for $116! (Grocery List + Recipes)

This week I did a Whole Foods grocery run and ended up making 5 really easy, weeknight friendly dinners! You can use these as inspiration for your own meals, or follow along with the exact recipes below.

As always, take a quick look through your fridge, pantry, and freezer before you shop, you might already have a lot of these ingredients on hand. And don’t be afraid to swap things out based on what you like or what you need to use up. These recipes are meant to be flexible, not strict.

I’ve also included the full grocery list below so you can grab everything in one trip and make your week a little easier.

Produce

  • 2 zucchinis

  • 8 oz broccoli florets

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 2 lemons

  • 24 oz sweet potatoes

  • 2 bell peppers

  • 4 mini cucumbers

Meat & Seafood

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 12 oz chicken sausage

  • 1 to 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1.5 lb salmon filets

  • 1 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 package Boursin cheese
