This week’s meal plan is from Aldi! All of these meals are made with few ingredients, they are easy to make and they are all delicious!

Check your pantry, fridge and freezer for what items you already have, then grab the grocery list below!

  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes

  • 6 oz baby spinach

  • 1 lemon

  • 12 oz small potatoes

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

Meat & Seafood

  • 1 to 1.5 lb chicken breast

  • 1 to 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 8 oz bacon

  • 12 oz chicken sausage

  • 1 lb raw shrimp

Dairy & Refrigerated

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (block or grated/shredded)

  • 8 oz burrata cheese or stracciatella cheese
